Tracey Emin is just one of the artists who's been chosen to create an official poster for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, which will be unveiled later today.
Since 1912, each Olympic Host City has commissioned posters to celebrate the hosting of the Games. The official posters of the Games are a unique celebration of the meeting of art and sport over the last 100 years.
London 2012 wanted to ensure that both the London Olympic and Paralympic Games had their own official posters and commissioned 12 of the UK's leading artists to create images to celebrate next year's Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Each image is a distinct interpretation of either the Olympic or Paralympic Games by the individual artists and the diversity of the series demonstrates the extraordinary creative talent that exists across the UK.
The official posters – and their artists – will be revealed here at 1pm today, when you can also find out how to buy them.
